3,000+ School Supplies Collected by CBRE
On July 27th, Michele Cowans, Elisa Morath, and Hank Davis (pictured right) delivered more than 3,000 items to help homeless students prepare for the new school year!
This is the third time that the CB Richard Ellis Cincinnati office has collected items to help our students. This year staff were divided into teams to see which could bring in the most items in one week. The prize: Graeter's Ice Cream. 3,000 items just for ice cream? Sounds like a competitive and compassionate group!

Spring Birthday Girls: Caitlin, Madie, Chloe & Neema
Caitlin, Madie, Chloe, and Neema attend Villa Madonna Academy and will be in the 2nd grade this Fall. All 4 of them have Spring birthdays (end of April & May). This year their moms decided to have one group birthday party and invite both classes (there were 2 first grade classes) to the celebration. So for their 7th birthday, the girls had a swim party at a local sports club.
In lieu of gifts, it was requested that their classmates make a small donation. It was explained that the money would go toward a charity that the girls would collaboratively choose. 28 kids attended the party and a fun time was had by all.
The guests were very generous in their contributions and the girls were able to collect a total of $550.00. Together, they purchased items from the Faces Without Places/Project Connect wish list including clothes, swim suits, snacks, drinks and dvds. The girls came to the PC camp site on June 26th to deliver the items and see where the contributions were going.
